What I Think I Am

I Am What I Think, and What I Think, I Am

We often believe that our experiences, the events, challenges, victories, and losses, shape who we are. However, what truly shapes us is the story we choose to tell ourselves about those very experiences.

“I am what I think” isn’t just a catchy saying, it’s the foundation of who I am becoming. My thoughts are like clay, flexible yet full of potential. Some days, they feel gritty and tough, resisting my efforts. On other days, they are smooth and gentle, ready to be shaped. Regardless, they turn into something meaningful.

And here’s an interesting thought: “What I think, I am.”
If I believe I am capable, I start to act with confidence. If I feel unworthy, my body tends to retreat and shrink away. But if I believe I am growing and evolving, then I truly am on that path of becoming.

This is where Kinetic Becoming truly comes alive in that special space between our thoughts and what we create. It’s about being mindful, catching those thoughts that don’t serve us, and gently spinning them like a potter’s wheel, reshaping them into something positive and empowering.

Today, I’m thoughtfully shaping my mindset, not by forcing positivity but by gently asking myself, “What story do I want to live today?” It’s about staying grounded and choosing a story that feels right for me.

Because I am what I think.
And what I think, I am.

Hands to clay, eyes to the future.
